SECTION 1- REFUND POLICY

We run a non refund policy except for the following circumstances mentioned below:

Refunds given under the circumstances mentioned below:

1) The tutor cancels the lesson due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness. In this circumstance, we will contact to arrange another slot during the week if this cannot be arranged a full refund will be given for any payments made in advance. 

Other terms and conditions:

1) No refunds are given after a tutor has delivered a lesson. 

2) Private tuition lessons must be paid in full 1 hour before the lesson start time. We have this policy in place to prevent the preparation time of the tutor being wasted from absences on the day. 

3) If a student cannot attend a private tuition class the lesson may be cancelled or rescheduled to another time. 

SECTION 2 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES 

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. 
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. 
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
